PART I: COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Personal Information of Other Individuals
To the extent you provide us with, or upload data that includes the personal information of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have that individual’s consent to provide us with their information to use in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms. If you do not have their consent, you agree not to upload or provide us with any such personal information.
In using our Website or Apps, whether to browse information, purchase products or subscriptions from us, or in connection with becoming a coaching client, we may collect the following personal information:

- Pregnancy status;
- Photos (where you elect to upload them);

Account Creation and Login Providers
If you choose to sign up or log in to our Apps or Website using a third-party account such as Facebook, Google, or Apple, we may receive certain personal information from those login providers, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, depending on the permissions you grant to the provider. By using these sign-up options, you acknowledge that your personal information may also be shared with the applicable login provider (such as Facebook, Google or Apple) in accordance with their own privacy policies. You may manage or revoke access to your account information directly through your account settings with each provider.
Payment Processing
We collect credit card and payment information from you via a third-party payment processor. As of the last date this Privacy Policy was updated, we may use the following payment processors:

- Apple Pay with their privacy policy available on their website here;
- Google Pay with their privacy policy available on their website here.
Although we may display or link to their forms on our Website or Apps, when you provide your payment details, you are providing them to the applicable payment processor. You acknowledge that our third-party payment processors may have their own agreements which apply to you. While we will not have access to your entire credit card number, we will be able to bill your credit card and may have access to certain card and payment details such as the name on your card, billing address and card expiration date. PART II: THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
- Facilitate the operation of the Website and Apps, including delivering products and services to you (whether directly by us or third-party contractors, such as coaches and others);
- Bill and collect money owed to us;

- Provide user support or to support and improve our Website;
- Communicate with you about products or services we offer and to interact via features in the Apps or on social media;

- Individual coaches that may operate either as employees or independent contractors;

- We may use Firebase, a platform operated by Google LLC, to provide hosting, authentication, analytics, and other backend services for our applications. Firebase may process personal information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to enable these services. - We may use Expo Push for sending push notifications to users’ devices. Expo Push stores device identifiers and push tokens to enable delivery of notifications. For more information on their privacy practices, please see their website here;

- We may use Intercom, Inc. for customer support, messaging, and user communication. Intercom may process personal information such as your name, email address, device information, and message content to facilitate in-app and email support conversations. - We may use Mux, Inc. for video hosting, streaming, and delivery of workout or instructional videos within our Apps and Website. Mux may process personal information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and video engagement data to deliver and optimize video content. - Our Website hosting providers include Shopify Inc. and its affiliates, including Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc., Shopify Payments (USA) Inc., Shopify (USA) Inc., and Shopify International Limited. For more information on their privacy practices please see their website here;
- We may use ActiveCampaign, LLC for email marketing, automation, and customer relationship management services. ActiveCampaign may process your personal information, such as name, email address, and engagement data, to manage communications and campaigns. We may update the above list of Third-Party Providers from time-to-time as our Website, Apps, products and service continue to evolve. Third-Party Providers may have their own agreements and privacy policies on the collection and use of personal information which either we or you provide them. You agree that our Website and Apps may embed software code from the above providers, and similar third-party providers, into our Website and Apps, for the purposes setout herein, in addition to the purposes and to achieve the functionality as describe at the URLs above. These tools don’t let us see your personal identity, but they do allow the platforms that provide them (like Google, Meta, and TikTok) to connect your activity on our site with your account on their services. Health Data
Future versions of our Apps may integrate with Apple HealthKit and Google Fit to allow users to connect and sync certain health or fitness data. If implemented, this integration would be entirely optional and subject to your consent. Any health-related data accessed through these platforms would be used solely to provide and improve app functionality and would not be shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your Personal Information May Not Be Stored in Canada
As we may have servers, Third-Party Providers, employees and other parties we share your personal information with in locations both inside and outside of Canada, your personal information may become subject to foreign laws and foreign legal proceedings.
Sharing Personal Information if Our Business, Website or Apps are Acquired
We may share personal information with our successors (if our business, the Website or Apps are acquired by another legal entity) or any assignee of our assets relating to the Website or Apps.
