WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS OF APP.

We want the Choosing Her community to be supportive, respectful, and safe for everyone. By using the App, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account, without a refund. 

Respect and Integrity

  • Treat all users, coaches, and contributors with kindness and respect.
  • Do not post or share content that is harassing, bullying, defamatory, threatening, hateful, pornographic, obscene, or discriminatory.
  • Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations.
  • Do not exploit, demean, or otherwise target any individual or group, including on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

Safety and Lawfulness

  • Do not post or share any content that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or encourages unlawful or unsafe activity.
  • Do not post medical or nutritional advice that could be misleading, or content that encourages self-harm or unsafe fitness practices.
  • Do not disclose anyone else’s personal information without their consent.
  • Do not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

No Commercial or Misleading Activity

  • Do not use the App to advertise or promote goods or services unless expressly permitted by Olivia Ostrom Fitness Inc.
  • Do not use referral links, affiliate codes, or solicitations in community spaces unless authorized.
  • Do not collect or harvest personal data from other users or from the App.
  • Do not engage in spamming, phishing, or posting repetitive or deceptive content.

Proper Use of the App

  • Use the App only through the interfaces we provide. Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy any part of the App.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or any connected networks.
  • Your account is personal and non-transferable; do not share, sell, or sublicense it.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s software.
  • Do not circumvent or disable any security features or content restrictions.

Intellectual Property and Content

  • Only post or share content you have the right to share.
  • Do not upload or distribute content that infringes another party’s copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, the Choosing Her Terms of Service, or any applicable laws. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.

Updates

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Guidelines.

Defined Terms

Capitalized terms shall have the same meaning attributed to them in the Choosing Her Terms of Service.
